Candle Light Vigil

• We're chalking
• Molly is getting a Chalking Permit
• Quad is Reserved
• Podium and Microphone -- Jeremy is on top of that
• We have candles
• Paper Cups for candles
• Should we check on Rainbow Candles? -- No Just getting white ones
• Molly is on top of getting a speaker
• We'll announce it at tomorrow's meeting that everyone can speak

Crossing the Line

• Problems locating the paperwork - Jeremy has the paperwork
• Amy Sues is running the program
• Tom is going to get a copy of crossing the line from Scott

Computer

• The computer works
• The Printer is broken - Dropped or Smashed
• We might be able to get the moving company to pay for the replacement
• Toyna will check with Katie to see if the movers will replace it.
• We're considering networking the computers -- CATS wants $2500, and will not allow printer sharing

Policies

• We had a discussion concerning office policies and approved Nick's discussion drafts

Furniture

• Its Late! The manufacture is still getting it out.
• The chairs are in, but not the desks
• The company will deduct some money for being late

Couch

• Tom's dad is stalling on getting us the new couch, but it will come
• Selling the old couch for $20ish
• we're gonna have a silent auction for the old couch

Membership

• Tom shared an issue with a member.
• Nick shared an issue with a member.
