Letter Writing

• Nick brought the idea that we should have a letter writing corner and website page for random issues
• We all agreed that it should be changed frequently
• Nick will handle setting it up

Website

• Letter writing section to replace discussion section
• Comming out stories to be placed in the comming out section -- We need people to submit stories
• Ali Lane is redoing the graphics
• We need a big Contact Us/Suggestion box link on the homepage
• Ali and Nick will consider the astethics of changing the background from white to something else

Suggestion Box

• Its going to stay on top of the DVD player
• Need real comments in the box
• Maybe put it outside?
• Do we need to be a heavier weight wood? -- No lets keep it as is

Appointed Positions

• We need to start interviewing people
• We're going to ask all people to answer written questions, because yes its needed for positions
• Molly is going to contact people and set up interviews
• We're going to require them to answer why they want the position

Office Policies

• We've previously agreed we need office polices.
• Agreed that we need a poster and written rules
• Rules agreed

Office Situation

• There are a few people who are getting picked on
• A few people who consistently get into it

Discussion Groups

• Split people up
• Let groups go on what discussions they will, but we'll have backups

  • Transgender issues

• We'll talk about it next week

Day of Silence

• Nick will start networking come wintertime

Adopt a Family

• Franklin's Group is donating to buy an X-Box or DVD player for a raffle
• We'll do the tabling
• We need to get table, tickets, signage, etc..
• Molly will follow up with Franklin about it
• Two tables - One in the Union, one by the Hangar
• Can we get empty boxes of the game systems to leave the actual unit locked up?
