Halloween Party
- Completely Disorganized
- We're going to have a costume party
- Molly and Jeremy will buy party food and candy
- Goal: Keep it tame while still being fun
- Games - We're going to do one group game then break out into smaller games
- We'll have movies, candy, ditty bags, etc

Furniture
- We got $200 off because of delay, it goes in this year's budget
- Our furniture is in NYC, then it goes to Minnesota, then to us
- Most likely got delayed by the Longshoremen strike
- Furniture was billed last year's account
Adopt a Family
- Tabling is going wellWe're tabling Wednesday, Friday this week and and Tuesday
- We've made 50 some dollars so far in profit
- We're double checking that it is donated from Residential Governments with Franklin Ellis
- Other Residential Governments have contacted us about being interested to donate money for new prize
Molly's Chat with Amanda
- There has been lots of nastiness going on in our office
- Amanda/Molly feel we need to go back to Lambda's foundations
- Amanda's Suggestion: Go back to strictly business
- We need to cut the meat market, social, dating pool, flirting, sex talk
- Get rid of the TV?
- The Social aspect is important
- We've not been doing a whole lot of education
- Tom has talked to other people about problems
- We need to ask people to leave office if it is a problem
- Nick - Kick people out who are creating a disturbance
- Duncan - Are we allowed to kick people out?
- Tom - Its really a maturity level
- Nick - What are the lesser consequences, besides kicking people out of the office?
- Molly - Quiet/Study Time, movies are important to have
- Molly - What can be a higher purpose in the office
- Nick - Letter Writing
- Jeremy - Mentioned the problems at Miami
- Tom - Pull those people aside
- Nick - Fridays movies are allowed, but Monday through Thursday no movies
- Nick - Cabinet just open in when your in front of it
- Molly - How do we communicate this to people?
- Tom - Keep it simple, put a sign on the cabinet, movies only on Friday
- We made a list of people to talk to -- Nick will talk to the members

- Tom, Allie, Germaine - We scheduled/will schedule times to interview the people

- We talked about fiscal issues
Mid Year Training
- We'll do it at Duncan's apartment
