Molly

• A month since she's been here
• Not heard much from her, she's still sick
• Not sure if she would be at midyear training
• Being paid to do job, but not doing her job
• Even before she was sick, there were missed meetings, etc...
• Toyna tried to call her but no response
• If we express dissatisfaction what happens?
• Impeachment is a pain
• We can end run and stop paying her - she has been paid $1,500 so far
• No office hours, even when here
• She should not be getting paid
• Nick: We need to give her the dignity of resigning
• Duncan: She's had an opportunity to resign
• We discussed previous constitution issues regarding impeachment
• Jeremy will call Molly and ask her to resign

Replacing president position

• We have to open it up to the voting members - it is a paid position
• Three week process to elect someone

  2. Speeches
  3. Election

Appointed positions

• We'll wait to January and restart it

Mid-Year Training

• We discussed various times, decided on December 6th starting at 10:30am
• Inviting person from Psych services to do team building then we'll do planning
• Go off campus for lunch

Budget

• We've spent 30% of the budget
• Info comm - we've used 40% of our budget there
• Try not to make copies if we don't need them
• This includes $300.00 for telephone/Internet

Raffle

• Two people won
• Stereo winner already picked it up
• X-Box winner's telephone number was disconnected, but we're contacting her via different methods, will re-raffle in January if not picked up
• We haven't counted the money
• Charles will get the info to use
• Toyna will count the money
• Nick will take this project and coordinate finishing it up
